Plan Monitoring

Over time, changes in company objectives or legislation may impact the original design of a Qualified Retirement Plan. As these occur, we will:

  • Interpret changed in company objectives on the plan design
  • Monitor ERISA and regulatory environments and how they may impact the plan
  • Propose alternative design options
  • Evaluate the need to amend or restate the legal plan document for regulator compliance-required changes
  • Determine the need to prepare summary of material modifications or new summary plan descriptions for employees
